3-D LASER ENGRAVING

At A&N Tool 3D laser engraving is our specialty. This is a picture of the actual die that came out of one of our lasers. We modeled this from a picture and was cut directly into an S7 hardened steel die block.

3-D SCANNING

At A&N we are able to recreate 3-D models with our scanner from old coins or medallions. This picture was scanned from a 3” medallion for a customer that could not obtain the tooling.

3-D MODELING

At A&N all we need is a picture or even a rough sketch to create a 3-D medallion. This picture is an example of the tooling we created to make the medallion for the Boy Scout Achievement Award.

LASER ENGRAVING

We at A&N Tool were privileged to get this project from a local church in Massachusetts. This is a custom engraving of the Host plate with some intricate designs from the church. We think it came out with beautiful detail.

CNC MACHINING

AT A&N our CNC milling process produces custom prototypes and production parts. This picture is an aluminum part for a customized fixture.

WIRE EDM

At A&N Tool our focus and specialty is on Punch & Dies. We also wire prototypes and production parts.
